General conditions:
Kendi complies with Swedish legislation including the Consumer Purchase Act and the Act on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises. To complete an order, you must be of legal age (at least 18 years old) and agree to our terms of purchase. Customer in these terms refers to a natural person. We deliver our products all over Sweden.

Prices:
All prices are stated in Swedish kr (SEK) and include VAT. The price that applies is the one indicated at the time of the order. Shipping costs are clearly reported before the order is completed.

Minimum order amount:
There is no minimum order limit; we welcome all orders regardless of size.

Shipping:
We offer unit shipping on all orders. The shipping cost is SEK 59 via DHL Service Point. Free shipping applies to orders over SEK 500.

Delivery time:
Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. In the event of any delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Unclaimed shipments:
For uncollected packages, a fee of SEK 250 is charged to cover shipping, return shipping and handling costs.

Payment methods:
We offer the following payment options: Visa and Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay. Full terms and conditions for each payment method are available at checkout.

Warranty and Complaints:
In accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, we handle complaints within 6 months from the date of purchase. Products must have been handled according to the accompanying care advice and safety instructions.

Right of cancellation:
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in unused condition.

Return:
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Custom-made products do not have an open purchase or right of withdrawal.

We reserve the right for possible errors in text and design and emphasize that our handmade products may vary slightly in appearance and color.
