GDPR - Handling your address and purchase data at Kendi
GDPR replaces the Personal Data Act (PUL), which has been a Swedish law since 1988. With GDPR, all organizations, traders and companies must have a greater responsibility to have control over their customers' data. Read more here: Datainspektionen.

Kendi is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer and these are processed by us to be able to administer your purchases, as well as for marketing purposes if you have signed up for the newsletter.

Our obligations as an e-merchant:

• We store your name, address, e-mail and telephone in order to deliver your ordered item.
• We disclose your address to third parties, in this case our logistics partners for delivery and payment services.
• You have the right to be deleted from our systems at any time (with certain restrictions, such as the Accounting Act).
• We store your data for 7 years according to the Accounting Act.
• You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority if you believe that we are handling your data incorrectly.
• You have the right to find out what personal data we store about you.

Newsletter:
If you signed up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send you information and offers. You can choose to unsubscribe from these mailings at any time. Kendi does not disclose your personal data to third parties.

Use of cookies:
Kendi uses cookies to analyze traffic and improve the user experience on our website. We use session cookies that disappear when you close the browser and are used to keep track of your login and shopping cart. You can at any time choose to delete cookies or change settings in your browser to not accept cookies.

Kendi also uses tools such as the Facebook API and Google Analytics to understand how our visitors use the website and improve content, navigation and structure.
